The Renaissance school library serves as a hub for information, technology, and reading literacy. Our School Library Team includes 2 Librarians and a Media Production Specialist. The Library Program is led by a fully trained Teacher-Librarian who provides a full range of service to Early Years – IBDP students to develop a love of reading, and to become effective, ethical and discriminating users of information and technology.

There are 40,000 books in the library as well as 3 e-book libraries and several subscriptions to other online information databases.

Early Years and Primary students visit the library at least once a week to return, choose and check out books. Secondary classes are scheduled in the library regularly and secondary students may also come to the library before and after school and during breaks to do school work, read or study.

Parents are able to take out 14 books at a time for up to 2 weeks and are most welcome to come to visit or volunteer in the library.

Library Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (free bus shuttle will transport Secondary students within District 7 at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.).
