1. Withdrawal during the academic year:
If a student withdraws from the school during the academic year, the following refund policy will apply:
- It is the Parents’ responsibility to complete the School’s standard Withdrawal Notification Form and submit it to the school office at least 90 days prior to the child’s last day at school. This will ensure the refund policy is applied and school reports are issued.
- The school will not refund any portion of Term Tuition Fees.
- The school will refund a percentage of the Annual Tuition Fee based on the date of the last day at schoolstated on the school’s academic calendar.
2. Withdrawal before the start of the academic year:
In case Parents have made full annual payment for next academic year’s tuition far in advance, and decide to withdraw from the school, a withdrawal notification needs to be submitted to the school latest by 31st May to get the refund of the tuition fees paid less/deduct an equivalent amount of the Security Deposit. If the deadline of 31st May is not met, the school will apply the same refund policy as if the student withdraws during the academic year as of 1 above.
The school’s receipt date stamp on the Withdrawal Application Form shall determine the submission date of a withdrawal refund. The school will not be responsible for any case when a Withdrawal Application Form is not officially submitted. The withdrawal refund is applicable only to Annual Tuition Fees that were paid on time i.e. paid on or before the due date.
All tuition fees are payable in full before 1st August 2022. If the instalment option has been chosen, each instalment must be paid before the start of each term with the dates as below:
- First instalment: due on or before 1st August 2022.
- Second instalment: due on or before 6th January 2023.
- Third instalment: due on or before 17th March 2023.
Parents are responsible for paying all applicable fees on time before a pupil is allowed to attend classes. This responsibility cannot be delegated to the employer. All tuition fees are invoiced in VND and are payable in VND unless the payment originates outside of Vietnam, in which case a USD bank transfer is acceptable at the prevailing bank exchange rate.
If payment remain unpaid after the published due date, the school shall add a 0.05% penalty per day to the outstanding payment, and a new pro-forma invoice will be issued. In cases where parents are registered to pay annual tuition fees, this will be automatically changed to Term Tuition Fee and the 0.05% penalty per day added to the first term. After the new pro-forma invoice has been issued, if the school has still not received payment by the revised due date, then the school shall exercise its right to exclude the student from class until such fees have been paid. Please ensure the bank transfer payment makes reference to your child(ren)’s name and pro-forma invoice numbers. It is also your responsibility to pay all bank charges.
A payment of 22,000,000 VND per child is required as a Security Deposit when the child joins the school. This deposit will be refunded when the child leaves the school provided 90 calendar days’ notice is given in writing to the school. If parents do not submit the Withdrawal Notification Form to the school 90 calendar days before the student’s last school day, then the school has no obligation to return the deposit.
We offer a 10% tuition fee discount to the second child in the same family studying concurrently in the school. A special discount of 20% will be given to the third child (and any subsequent children). The sibling discount is based on the tuition fee for the younger child and is also applicable to tuition fees paid by instalments. Please note that sibling discount is not applicable for Financial Scheme payment.
A discount of 3% on tuition fee is offered for students who have been enrolled at the school for at least three consecutive full academic years.
Families can choose to pay for lunch annually or termly with detail as below:

Daily set lunch
In case students would like to consume meals on some certain days only, the retail price of a daily set lunch is as below
- For Early Years students: 120,000VND/set-lunch
- For Primary students: 130,000VND/ set-lunch
- For Secondary students: 140,000VND/set-lunch
Please note that the retail price for a daily set lunch is a lot higher than if purchased for a planned period such as per term or per year, and we cannot ensure there will be options of meal to choose on the day. Therefore, we strongly encourage students to register their meal plan termly or annually to ensure your food choice is met and to avoid waste of food.
Refund of meal fees
In case of withdrawal, paid meal fees will be refunded pro-rata on a monthly basis starting on the following month of withdrawal (if any). Please note that absence due to occasional sickness or personal reasons, meal fees cannot be refunded. If your child(ren) experience long term illness, please contact the school for more information on refund of meal fees.
For students who enrol late, meals are charged based on the number of pending school days starting from the joining day.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE FEE
All students are tested for English proficiency as part of our Admissions and Evaluation processes. For students who require specific English as an Additional Language (EAL) instruction as determined by the School, an extra fee is payable and the level of support is determined by the school in line with the three tiers listed below.

EAL students are assessed each term to re-evaluate their support needs. This refund is pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the school year. For withdrawal, the “Withdrawal Refund” under clause 9 shall apply.
SCHOOL BUS FEE
The school bus service fee for the Phu My Hung Route is VND 26,000,000 per year. This bus fee excludes Value Added Tax (VAT). The school offers a free bus service for students from District 2 and Tao Dan.
In cases where a student only uses a morning or afternoon bus, the full fee will be charged. In relation to students involved in activities after 3:45pm, no refund will be made available for any bus service that is not used.
Personal supplies, lunches, additional school uniforms, field trip expenses, external examination fees etc. are payable by parents.
Please ensure the bank transfer payment makes reference to your child(ren)’s name and pro-forma invoice numbers. It is also your responsibility to pay all bank charges. Payment by transfer shall be made to:
